Shared Decision Making for patients

stories-single-blob

With many thanks to Kate McNulty for allowing us to share this video.  Shared Decision Making (SDM) is a useful resource to identify your options when you’re approaching the point where you need to decide which type of dialysis is most suitable for you.  It will also help you talk in greater detail to your consultant.

There are three kidney failure SDM tools:

Established Kidney Failure

Established Kidney Failure – Dialysis

Established Kidney Failure – Transplant
