Christmas diet advice for CKD patients

Each year many of us find our diets change for several weeks over Christmas. There are more parties, different foods in the supermarket and of course we can all be tempted by some of our festive favourites. For this reason, if you are living with Chronic Kidney Disease, the Christmas diet can be a little confusing and maybe even stressful.
The information below will help you make some good choices if you are worried about high potassium. Speak to your Renal Dietitian, Doctor or Nurse if you are unsure whether you need to follow a low potassium diet or email us any queries on:
