Patients Know Best is an NHS App which can help you monitor your blood results and medication; you will need to register and create a login if you have not used it before. 

MyRenalCare for patients is an App which can be used by patients and clinicians to monitor your kidney disease, developed by the Wessex unit funded by KCUK. You will need to speak to your doctor to see if they use it – here is a brochure. 

People who manage aspects or all of their own haemodialysis treatment whether in a centre or at home, are more in control, develop greater confidence, and understand their body better.
